Q – How do I register with LUL?
LUL issue parents with the combined registration form they will fill out their part of the documentation and take the form to their childcare provider for completions. You will also be required to issue the parent with a copy of your OFSTED - or the equivalent authority in Wales and Scotland - certificate.
Q - How will I know when I have received the childcare vouchers?
Linking Up will issue a remittance three days before pay due date this will advise the date monies will be put in your bank account / parent reference for cross check* and amounts broken down per parent.
* Please not that LUL will issue a reference to your bank in order that this is displayed on your bank statement however, it is entirely reliant on your bank to carry this defence over.
Q – What do I do if I recive a payment in error
If you have been paid in door then the likely is that a parent has changed provider and not advised LUL customer services. In this instance please contact LUL freephone number 0800 0194590 and speak with a member of our customer service team. Please note that all monies will need to be returned direct to LUL.
Q – How do I notify LUL of change in my details?
In the event of changes to bank details, address, name or should your organisation cease trading then, with immediate effect but no later the 10 working days please notify LUL customer service on freephone 0800 0194590 or email
